Re-design data cache to be more memory-efficient: discard all data when it becomes invalid, rather than on re-use. This eliminates use of IDs entirely, but requires more care in the future to call free_cache method whenever y or t change.

Rename woin, won, jon, ron, and von to wnoi, wno, jno, rno, and vno, respectively.

Data IDs now store in _data array and all cached data in _cache array. History is still separate and stored in dumps for seamless resumption.
